Gratitude. We keep coming back to it. At the end of the day, there is so much to be thankful for and expressing that thankfulness turns into positive feelings of happiness.

• Gratitude affects all areas of your life because it enhances happiness
• Gratitude improves health, because happy people are healthier
• Expressing gratitude has been shown to decrease stress levels and research shows that happy people exercise more which means releasing more endorphins, which leads to more happiness
• Gratitude improves relationships – both personal and professional

There are so many wonderful reasons to embrace gratitude and express your thanks. Let’s start now.
What three things are you grateful for?
I have not invested in a Gratitude journal but i do own the HAPPINESS journal which is also fantastic. i have found it some useful and helpful to have a constant reminder that we should be grateful for the amazing world around as and stop worrying over things we cannot control. Today i am grateful for reading this lovely post, my warm bowl of porridge which i had for breakfast and the support which my amazing psychologist gave to me at our morning appointment. Up until writing this comment i didn't realise i had anything to be grateful for today and now i could make a list of many. Thank you kikki K for actually wanting to make a difference in peoples lives. please continue posting lovely posts like this. they honestly really help people like me. Thanks : )
