We all have the power within us to achieve amazing things. But in striving to reach our goals, many of us are guilty of working too hard, giving too much to others and neglecting the things we really need in order to feel strong, happy and empowered. Getting enough sleep each night is one really basic thing that can help us feel better, be more productive and truly feel like ourselves. Why then do so many of us not prioritise this?
Every single human being needs to get a good night’s sleep so that our bodies can repair themselves and our minds can process the stresses of the day. With better quality sleep our memories can improve, our bodies can release toxins and our wellbeing is increased in countless ways.
Adults need on average between 7-8 hours of good, uninterrupted sleep but many of us are not getting that. This World Sleep Day, we’re asking you to join us in making a pledge to get more! Here’s what you have to do…
