THREE WORDS TO DESCRIBE STOCKHOLM…

Stylish, inspiring, picturesque.

WHEM I’M HUNGRY…

Again, there are just so many delicious spots! I absolutely love Rosendals Trädgård and Mälarpaviljongen for lunch and Oaxen is perfect for a special dinner. For breakfast, Urban Deli and Nybrogatan 38. You have to stop by Saturnus for the best cinnamon buns and order the prawn salad at Sturehof. Then there’s lunch at Dramaten enjoying the beautiful view from the balcony and of course, Miss Voon and Strandvägen 1 for dinner. I’m such a foodie and Stockholm has so much to offer!

A HIDDEN GEM…

I love Rosendal’s Garden. You can enjoy lunch or coffee under the apple trees and even cut your own fresh flowers to take home. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre and it’s simply gorgeous.

WHEN I’M NEEDING RETAIL THERAPY…

NK for fashion, Nordiska Galleriet and Asplund for interior and design and Östermalms Saluhall for food.

MY FAVOURITE CULTURAL HOTSPOTS…

I love walking or riding through Djurgården and Fotografiska. Walking through the backstreets of Gamla Stan is a must and taking a boat trip around the Archipelago to experience the beautiful waters of Stockholm.

WHEM I’M TRAVELLING I ALWAYS TAKE…

My travel wallet, notebook and pen for ideas, iPad, laptop and a few greeting cards. I love writing cards and often put pen to paper at a café or on the plane.

TIPS FOR TRAVEL ORGANISATION…

Always have a checklist. It saves you thinking about things over and over. I also use A4 Storage Boxes to keep all my travel items and documents in one spot – coins, electric plugs, passports, luggage tags etc. I know everything I need is in one spot so I can enjoy the journey.

PERFECT PLACES TO SIP AWAY THE NIGHT IN STYLE…

There are so many! Berns Asian offers a beautiful setting for a drink. I also love Lydmar’s Veranda, 19 Glas, Nosh and Chow and The Fotografiska summer bar has the most beautiful views. When it starts to get colder, Bouqueria is great for delicious tapas and cosy drinks.

IF I DIDN’T LIVE HERE, I’D STAY AT…

I always stay at Nobis Hotel because it’s in the perfect location, however next on my list is Ett Hem – a new hotel featuring interior design by Ilse Crawford. It looks amazing!

MY CARRY-ON MUST HAVES…

A stylish notebook and pens, my laptop and iPad, greeting cards, phone and computer charges. I always take a few books to read and some healthy snacks too.
