Spoil someone with this Swedish Chocolate Ball recipe

If you ever needed an excuse to surprise someone with delicious homemade chocolates, Valentine’s Day is definitely it. Chokladbollar or Swedish Chocolate Balls are a tasty and traditional treat, perfect for gifting your loved ones.

The best part is they’re super easy to make and don’t require any baking. So if you’re looking to do something unique and personal for your Valentine, give this simple and tasty recipe a try.

Ingredients:

  • 200g Butter, at room temperature
  • 225g Caster Sugar
  • 4 tbsp dark Cocoa, sifted
  • 300g Rolled Oats
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 tbsp cold strong black Coffee
  • Coconut Flakes to decorate

Preparation method:

Using a wooden spoon or food processor mix the butter, sugar and coffee together in a bowl, ensuring it is a smooth consistency.

Add other ingredients (except coconut flakes), mixing well.

Roll batter into about 25 small balls and roll them in the coconut flakes.

Refrigerate for 2 hours before eating.
