The middle of the year is the perfect time to pause and check in with your organisation habits. Whether you’re studying, working or planning personal projects, taking a moment to think about what’s working and what isn’t can save you so much time in the long run. Our new Ocean Time Planner is designed to help you take control of your schedule and work more efficiently. To inspire you to get started with yours, here’s our video with lots of organisation and customisation ideas.
Here’s what we used…
Ocean Time Planner Large
Mini Stationery Case
Vision Board Kit
Top 5 Priorities
Puffy Stickers 2 Pack
Add your daily priorities
Studies have shown that having a small number of set priorities each day is the best way to get more done. Use our Top 5 Priorities List each morning to set yourself achievable tasks so you know exactly what you’re working towards. You can use our Printed Notepad to create a cute little corner holder to fix this in place.
Organise your calendar
Turn your calendar pages into the perfect snapshot of your weeks and months to come. Use the ruler page marker to keep tabs of your current page and make sure you add in all deadlines, meetings and appointments. Then cover our page marker with gorgeous printed paper from our Paper Book as well as adding cute little Stickers and Printed Tape to decorate.
Add inspiring photos and quotes
We all get days when we feel a little stressed out. Having beautiful photos and quotes dotted throughout our Planner is a great way to brighten your day. Use our Hello Yellow Postcard Set and Create with kikki.K Instagram Prints to make your Addresses tab gorgeous and unique.
Store some cute birthday cards
With the Birthdays & Anniversaries tab, you’ll never forget a birthday again! Why not make a simple DIY envelope using a sheet from our Printed Notepad? Place few cards and postcards from our Paper Book inside so you’ll always have a beautiful greeting card to hand.
Organise your To Do List
Next add some colour and fun to your Planner by using our Printed Tape to make some cute bunting along with a quote from our Vision Board Kit. You can pull off some Adhesive Notes and stick them to your divider to use on your To Do List and throughout. These To Do pages are perforated down the centre so you can rip out your list when it’s finished.
Keep track of your expenses
Lastly, pop out an envelope from our Paper Book to store receipts in your Planner. That way, when you’re on the go, you can slip receipts inside to fill out your expenses section later on.

I have finally bought a Kikki K planner, but I can’t see anywhere I can get the refills for anniversaries and birthdays and addresses for the medium sized planners – are they not available or am I just looking in the wrong place?
Unfortunately our Medium size Refills are currently out of stock. However, we have some new ones coming in the next couple of month so make sure you check our ‘Coming Soon’ section regularly 🙂
Hi, I was wondering if the medium refill will be available again soon? I can’t find them anywhere.
Hi Christie, which one are you after. Is this this? http://www.kikki-k.com/2016-time-planner-diary-refill-white-medium 🙂
I’d like to purchase all the items you used in the video as listed above. Do you have them?
Hi Margaret, thanks for your comment. All of the links to the items used are above. Unfortunately some of these are now sold out. Please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like any further help 🙂
