There are so many little things we can do to improve our everyday. We love making these delicious apricot bliss balls so we have a healthy treat to hand during the day. Getting organised and making these ahead of time is a great way to encourage mindful eating, plus they taste great too. 1 cup / 150g dried apricots
1 cup / 150g oats
1 cup / 150g desiccated coconut
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp melted coconut oil


Simply place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend on a low speed until incorporated. Then hand roll into little balls, placing in the refrigerator until firm. You can also swap out the apricots for any other dried fruit of your choice for a different flavour.
