There’s no time like right now for taking a step towards your dream life. Our Workshops are designed to help you create a future you love. From organisation to goals, simply choose the focus (or two) that best suits you and love the feeling of exploring expert techniques and tools in a fun and inspiring environment.
This month, we’re beginning our Habits Workshops where we’ll be exploring those little everyday actions that can have such a big effect on our overall wellbeing. We really believe that habits are so important to living a happy and successful life. You’ll be inspired to think about those habits you might like to change or start in your life and how you can commit to making them a part of your everyday.
Research has shown it takes, on average, 66 days to form a habit, and that’s why it’s important to plan ahead, stick to it and be consistent for that time. During the 90 minute workshop, you’ll be encouraged to pinpoint one main habit to focus on, whether positive or negative. You’ll learn some practical techniques to help you track your progress as well as commit to a plan to change your habits over the next 12 months.
Habits are made up of three parts. They have a trigger, a routine and a reward. To help you understand what triggers your habits, we’re sharing our Trigger Postcard, which you can download here. Use it to mark the things that trigger your habit over the next few weeks, looking back to gain an understanding of your thoughts and behaviour.
We want you to be able to get started on your habit change straight away, which is why we offer in store Workshop participants a special treat as well as a 10% shopping discount on the night so you can pick up all the tools you need to be successful on your new habits journey.

Any chance of this workshop being offered online? From, a Canadian fan
Hi Jackie, our Workshops are available exclusively in store. However, we will be posting some content to inspire better habits over the next couple of months. Thanks 🙂
