  1. I really enjoy listening to your inspiring podcast and absolutely LOVED your book. I have to say though, I didn’t love this particular episode. I was really hoping you’d share some vulnerability and your experience with the difficult emotions and situations you’ve faced since the pandemic. We’re all struggling in different ways, and hearing people you admire talking about their struggles can be really powerful.

    A lot of the things you described were lengthy self care practises rather than the real story. The kind of time involved in those is not really accessible for my life at the moment, so I didn’t find them very helpful.

    Again, I LOVE your work and can’t wait to listen to the next ep with Turia Pitt.
