Our new Glitter Tape is perfect for adding a little sparkle to your styling and DIY projects. We’ve been busy using it around the kikki.K office so thought we’d share some of our favourite DIY ideas to inspire you to get crafting.
1) Gift Wrap Bunting
If you’ve got a birthday, wedding or special occasion coming up, give your gifts a little extra wow factor with this super cute wrapping idea. Start by covering your gifts in our Life is Sweet Wrapping Paper and then grab your Glitter Tape and some string or ribbon. Cut out little 6cm lengths of tape, peel off the backing and fold over the string. Finish by cutting the tape into shape and securing down with our Adhesive Dots.
2) Planner or Diary DIY
Feel inspired and organise in style by adding Glitter Tape to your calendar. Use long pieces to make out important weeks, like holidays and school or university breaks. That way you’ll easily be able to see at a glance when you’re away or busy. Plus you can cut the tape into cute shapes like stars or hearts to mark specific days, for example birthdays and anniversaries.
3) Cake Flags
Finish off your baking treats by creating these easy cupcake flags. Simply cut a length of tape, peel off the backing and fix to a cocktail stick. Next cut into little flag shapes. You can even add our Life is Sweet Stickers to really up the cute factor. They’re perfect for styling birthday parties, baby showers and special events.
